The GR Heritage Parts Project aims to address the challenge of dwindling spare parts for classic models. By reproducing discontinued genuine parts, Toyota enables owners to keep their cherished vehicles in prime condition and on the road for years to come. Prior to the AE86, the project successfully reintroduced parts for legendary models like the A70 and A80 Supra, Toyota 2000GT, and the 40 Series Land Cruiser, proving its dedication to automotive heritage.
The Toyota Levin and Sprinter Trueno AE86 models hold a special place in automotive history, particularly within the drifting and tuning communities. Exclusively designated “AE86” for models housing the high-revving 1.6-liter DOHC 16-valve (4A-GEU) engine, these cars have maintained immense popularity even three decades after production ceased.
