The Service Part Warranty extends for 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the installation date. Or, if you are still within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty period for your Tacoma, the parts warranty will cover you for the remainder of that new vehicle warranty, whichever provides greater coverage. This comprehensive coverage applies to Toyota Genuine tonneau covers and other accessories installed by our expert technicians.
What About 12 Volt Batteries and Your Tacoma?
While not directly related to tonneau covers, battery health is vital for your Toyota Tacoma. Toyota’s warranty also covers 12-volt batteries:
- TrueStart Batteries: These batteries have a fantastic warranty. They are warranted for free exchange for 24 months from purchase, regardless of mileage, or the remainder of your Tacoma’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty – whichever is longer.
