Getting to a Toyota Center event is exciting, but parking can be a hassle. This guide provides everything you need to know about securing a Toyota Center Parking Pass and using it for a seamless parking experience. We’ll cover accessing your pass, using mobile ticketing, and important venue policies.
Accessing Your Toyota Center Parking Pass
Your parking pass for the Toyota Tundra Garage is digitally delivered, just like your event ticket. It will be accessible through the AXS app, which is the primary ticketing platform for Toyota Center events. The pass will include a barcode that you’ll scan for entry into the garage.
Mobile Ticketing with the AXS App
The AXS app is your key to both event entry and parking. It’s free to download from the App Store and Google Play. Log in using the same email address used to purchase your tickets and parking pass.
To access your parking pass within the AXS app:
- Open the AXS App.
- Tap the ticket icon located at the bottom of the home screen.
- Log in to your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option.
- Find your upcoming event and select it.
- Your parking pass should be displayed along with your event ticket. Tap “View Barcode” to display the QR code for scanning at the garage entrance.
Important Parking and Venue Information
Digital Only: Both parking passes and event tickets are digital and cannot be printed. Screenshots of barcodes are not accepted. You must present the QR code within the AXS app for entry.
Multiple Passes: You can manage multiple parking passes and tickets on a single phone. However, transferring passes and tickets to each individual attending the event is recommended for easier entry. This can be done easily within the AXS app.
No Smartphone? If you don’t have a smartphone, visit the Toyota Center Box Office with your photo ID and the payment card used for the purchase to obtain assistance.
Bag Policy: Toyota Center has a strict bag policy. Bags larger than 7.75″ x 5.25″ x 2.25″ are not permitted, with exceptions for diaper bags and medical bags (subject to search). Bag check services are available for a fee. Review the complete bag policy on the Toyota Center website before your event.
